Dingley Thai Restaurant

It's a bit of a lucky dip at this place. I have eaten here on many occasions. Sometimes the food it great, sometimes no so much. As a westerner we like to mix our curry with our rice to eat it. I don't think they understand the importance of delivering the rice with the curry. Sometimes it comes quite a bit later. The staff are lovely people but don't take feedback or complaints in the correct manner - they don't feedback issues to the kitchen for example. Just laugh it off.
